We are able to provide a creative and fun event at Shonnah’s Art Studio (Maximum of 8 people) in Tableview, Cape Town or in a location of your choice. Our standard rates of R150.00 per person participating apply to the Melkbosstrand to Milnerton Area, however, we do provide our Mobile Art Party service to areas outside of our radius at an additional travelling cost per person attending.
We will set up, clean up, and provide all the supplies and art and craft materials necessary to make your party a memorable one. All you have to provide is the right amount of tables, chairs and space to fit all of your guests… and of course the snacks, beverages and the party decor! Shonnah will instruct your guests step-by-step in creating their very own masterpiece.
Children’s Parties
Have a one of a kind birthday party that is fun, creative and excellent in harnessing that boundless energy! Shonnah will teach your children step-by-step how to create their very own masterpiece in 2 hours. Children can make their own take-home party favours using their imagination and creativity while working with numerous craft materials provided by us. The party can be themed according to your child’s request and options include woodcraft, fabric painting, paintings in acrylic, beading and various other crafts.
We will arrive 1 hour from the start of your party to set up and create an art studio in your home. We provide table coverings and all art and craft supplies. This makes for a stress free experience for parents and a memorable experience for the children.
In order to reserve your party date, parties need to be booked no less than 2 weeks in advance and the number attending need to be finalised 3 days in advance. On receipt and confirmation of your booking request, we will email you the Art Party Booking Form. Please complete and sign the booking form, email it back to us at your earliest convenience, along with your proof of payment of the required 50% deposit.
Deposit
We require a 50% deposit on confirmation, in order to secure your booking. On the day of the party we will invoice the number of canvasses/craft projects that have been used and then subtract your deposit amount. Please settle the balance either via cash or credit card on the day. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept cheques. IF YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE SIGNED BOOKING FORM, WE WILL CONSIDER YOUR BOOKING CANCELLED.

- ADVISE ALL YOUR GUESTS, INCLUDING ANY PARENTS THAT MAY STAY AT THE PARTY, THAT THEY MUST WEAR OLD CLOTHES. PAINT DOES STAIN!
- THE CHILDREN HAVE ACCESS TO OUR MATERIALS FOR USE ON THEIR CREATIVE PROJECTS. FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR SAFETY, AND THAT OF OUR OTHER GUESTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND THE STUDIO OR VENUE WITH PAINT OR CRAFT MATERIALS, OR USING ANY OF THE MATERIALS FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN COMPLETING THEIR PREBSCRIBED CREATIVE PROJECT.
